David Ellefson (ex-Megadeth), Guilherme Miranda (ex-Entombed A.D.) e Michał Łysejko (ex-Decapitated) farão shows na América do Sul em setembro
O DIETH, que conta com o baixista David Ellefson (ex-Megadeth), o vocalista e guitarrista Guilherme Miranda (ex-Entombed A.D., Krow) e o baterista Michał Łysejko (ex-Decapitated), está pronto para promover o seu álbum de estreia, “To Hell And Back“, na América do Sul e no México em setembro. No Brasil, o trio de thrash/death metal fará três shows: 20/09 Feat Metal Day no Vip Station (São Paulo/SP), 21/09 no Santo Rock Bar (Santo André/SP) e 22/09 no Seba’s Rock Bar (Curitiba/PR). O evento em São Paulo, Feat Metal Day, também contará com a presença das bandas brasileiras About2Crash, Attractha e Downshifter.
Embora sendo uma formação recente, o DIETH já se apresentou em grandes festivais, como Motocultor Festival (FRA), Vagos Metal Fest (POR), FajtFest (TCH) e Graspop Metal Meeting (BEL) para promover o debut, lançado em junho de 2023 pela Napalm Records. “To Hell And Back”, produzido pelo Dieth e com mixagem e masterização de Tomasz Zed Zalewski (Zed Studios), destacou o single “In The Hall of the Hanging Serpents”, além de outros indicados ao Grammy: “Walk with Me Forever” (Melhor Performance de Rock) e “To Hell And Back” (Melhor Performance de Metal).
Além de novos hinos do death metal, como “Wicked Disdain” e “The Mark of Cain”, o repertório do debut e dos shows também traz músicas de pegada thrash metal, como “Dead Inside” e “Don’t Get Mad … Get Even!”. Já a balada “Walk With Me Forever” traz David Ellefson estreando como vocal principal, cantando sobre a intensa perda de um ente querido e como a memória deles fornece a força para seguir em frente.
